Charges: Two Counts of Indecent Assault and Battery
Police Report: The Client was a clerk at a local convenience store. The Police charged the Client with committing indecent assault and battery on two separate teenage girls that had frequented the Client’s store. The Client was alleged to have given the girls free soda and candy over a year long period and had sexually assaulted each girl on separate occasions. The Client was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent assault and battery. When arrested, the Client allegedly confessed to the charges.
Result: NOT GUILTY AFTER TRIAL

Charges: Attempted Rape
Police Report: Alleged victim filed a police report that her estranged husband had physically assaulted her, held her down and attempted to have sex with her against her will.
Result: DISMISSED

Charges: 209A Restraining Order Violation
Police Report: Ex-girlfriend of defendant obtains a 209A restraining order against defendant after their relationship ended. The ex-girlfriend claims the defendant came to her place of employment in violation of the active restraining order.
Result: NOT GUILTY

Charges: Assault w/ Dangerous Weapon (2 counts); A&B (Domestic Violence)
Police Report: Defendant is alleged to have attempted to stab two family members with a large kitchen knife. Police responded to the scene where both victims identified the defendant and the police confiscated the knife. The defendant made a full admission to the police implicating himself in the crime.
Result Count 1: DISMISSED
Result Count 2: DISMISSED
Result Count 3: DISMISSED

Charges: 209A Restraining Order Violation
Police Report: Alleged victim claims defendant called her work and threatened her over the phone. There was an active restraining order ordering the defendant not to contact the alleged victim. Both the alleged victim and a co-worker testify at the trial.
Result: NOT GUILTY

Charges: Assault & Battery (Domestic Violence)
Police Report: Police respond to a 911 call for a domestic violence in progress. The alleged victim told the police that the defendant came home drunk and struck her in the face. Police observe fresh facial injuries to the alleged victim. The Defendant gave incriminating statements to the police admitting he assaulted the alleged victim.
Result: DISMISSED

Charges: Assault & Battery w/ Dangerous Weapon & Assault & Battery
Police Report: Defendant is accused of punching and kicking victim after an altercation involving three individuals. Defendant was identified to the reporting police as the aggressor and instigator of the fight.
Result: DISMISSED

Charges: Assault & Battery (Domestic Violence)
Police Report: An independent witness calls the police reporting that he observed the defendant strike his girlfriend in plain view. The police speak with defendant's girlfriend who confirms that the defendant assaulted her. The independent witness, police and defendant's girlfriend all testify at trial.
Result: NOT GUILTY
